Don’t know what assistance you need, or who you need to talk to?
Need help navigating this process?
Figuring out what services are available, who to contact, or even what questions to ask can be hard. Between the healthcare, paperwork and coordinating care, there are many different systems involved in getting the care you or a loved one needs.
At ILS, we work to make every aspect of community living accessible for our clients.
Independent living does not end with healthcare and support services. That is why we have created a unique navigation service to help clients and their families through the whole experience.
Welcome to the Accessibility Resource Centre (ARC). This is a hub of help for any questions you may have. The ARC can find you what you need:
Contact us, and our professional team will point you to whatever service you may need, whether through ILS or another community service. Tell us about your situation and we will take care of it. Anything that ILS cannot directly help you with, we know the field and can connect you with a reliable resource that is best suited to get you what you need. ARC educates and assists people by making complex processes, accessible.
