What happens when I fill out the form?
When you fill out the form, a member of our team will contact you as soon as they can to help answer your questions or connect you with the support you need. We endeavour to respond within two business days.
Is there a number I can call instead?
Please call ILS at 705-737-3263 and you will be directed to the appropriate Coordinator. We are available to answer the phone Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m.-4:30p.m. (although closed on statutory holidays).
Can I get support if I have a temporary physical disability?
We only offer support for adults with permanent physical disabilities and seniors.
